Committed to Firmly Standing for Principles of Freedom and Liberty
Dave Estenson is a 5th generation Whitehall resident, where he was born and raised. During his early years in Whitehall, Dave worked on a nearby dairy farm before he chose to get into the daring life of bull riding. After this, he served for twelve years in law enforcement in both Wisconsin and Minnesota.
Eventually, Dave moved back to Whitehall where he’s now owned his own trucking business for the last ten years. It’s here that he has had the pleasure of raising his two daughters alongside his wife. As an active member of his community, Dave is on the Whitehall School Board where he strives to bring common sense back to the classroom.
“I chose to run because I got tired of saying ‘someone needs to fix the issues that are harming the folks of Western Wisconsin.’ I’ve worked as a farmhand on a local farm, I’ve gone through the struggles of building my own business, I’ve had to deal with strained budgets in both the public and private sector, I know the difficulties that face our law enforcement every single day. With these experiences, I have a valuable and unique perspective on the many challenges that face this area, and I have a true desire to improve things in the 31st Senate District.”
